Our heavy duty Rhino modular racks retain all the benefits of a traditional welded rack, whilst adding a whole lot more. 
The modular design allows easy solo installation, with the pre-zinc primer and tough polyester black powder coat, ensuring maximum corrosion resistance. All racks are supplied with a full width, integrated front aerofoil to minimise any wind noise, and a full width rear roller to assist loading/unloading. 

Rhino Modular Roof Racks can be complemented with a 500mm wide, full length, non-slip walkway, which can be mounted anywhere across the width of the rack.

A range of top quality, lockable aluminium pipe carriers, hook-on ladders and rear door mounted ladders are also available to complement our roof racks.

Rhino Heavy Duty Van Roof Bars are specifically designed for use by the building and construction trades. All roof bars are zinc plated and foot packs polyester powder coated, for maximum corrosion resistance. 

Medium & Large Size Commercial Vans:
Heavy Duty 40mm x 40mm zinc plated steel bars in either 150cm, 165cm or 190cm widths are used for all medium & large size commercial vans.
Optional Accessories include - Side Load Stops, Forward Board Stops, Ladder Clamps, Rear Roller System & Anti-Noise Front Aerofoil.

Small Commercial Vans:
Tough 40mm x 30mm zinc plated steel bars 126cm wide with bar end tie points, are used for all bar systems on smaller vans. 
3-Bar OCE (Over Cab Extension) systems are also available for Berlingo, Courier, Transit Connect, Kubistar, Partner, Extra, Kangoo, Inca, Astravan, Combo and Caddy Vans. This provides a wider spread of bars, beyond the manufacturers roof fixture points, to allow easy transportation of sheet material and longer items on smaller vehicles.

Rhino Fully Welded & Galvanised Minibus Luggage Racks:

We supply a complete range of fully welded & hot dip galvanised multi-bar Mini Bus luggage racks with full mesh floor and 170mm high side rails. 
All minibus luggage racks feature a fully integrated front spoiler to reduce wind noise and we have applications for Ford, LDV, Mercedes and Volkswagen Minibus models.

The racks are manufactured from 25mm box section steel and the 170mm high side rails have tie loops mounted down both sides.  
Our heavy duty minibus racks can be complemented with a rear door mounted ladder or a clip-on side mounted ladder, which hooks onto 
the raised side rails of the roof rack.
