How To Shop For Car & Van Vehicle Specific Products
Our website contains a “Vehicle Check” positioned at the top of each page, which allows you to select the make and model derivative of your vehicle.

Once selected it will return a list of compatible products specific to your vehicle, which may include: Thule roof bar systems, rear mounted bike racks, dog guards, Rhino van roof bars, Rhino van roof racks, steel bulkheads, security window grilles & Armaplate van door lock security.

Please Note: For fast compatibility matching of products with your own car or van, you can also enter your vehicle details into the “Vehicle Preference” selector positioned in the middle of our home page. The details entered here can be amended at any time using the “Vehicle Check”.

Compatible Thule roof bar systems are pre-checked by default and can be unchecked using the check boxes beside each item. To purchase any other products displayed within the results for your vehicle, simply check the box beside the desired item and click the “Add To Trolley” button.

All items within your trolley are then displayed, at which point you can amend quantities, remove individual items and update the trolley contents, or empty your trolley completely. If you wish to continue shopping, simply click the “Continue Shopping Button” and navigate the site using the category selections on the left side.

When you have finished shopping and are happy with your product selection click the “Checkout” button and you will arrive at the registration & billing page. If this is your first purchase from our site you will be requested to enter your name and home contact details, along with a password (returning visitors will simply be asked to enter their email address and memorable password & click Log In).

If at any time you forget your password, enter your email address & click the “forgotten your details” text, our system will then send you an email confirming your chosen password.

You also have the opportunity to join our newsletter mailing list at this stage of the transaction, by checking the box. You can opt out of the mailing list at any time by logging into the Newsletter section, enter your email address, check the Unsubscribe box and click Submit.

Next stop is “Delivery Details” where you enter the delivery address details for the goods you are ordering (this can be different to your home address, which is pre-selected by default). If United Kingdom is selected as the delivery country, you will be requested to confirm a destination within the UK.

Any destination other than Mainland UK will be subject to a delivery charge, the amount of which will be displayed on the following “Order Summary” page.

Please Note: If your order contains a roof box, pipe carrier, Rhino van roof rack or van bulkhead and the shipping destination is anywhere other than Mainland UK, we will provide you with a delivery cost quotation, before you complete the order process.

To obtain a delivery cost quotation click the “Get Delivery Cost” button. Our system will send us an email requesting the quotation and we will contact you, also via email, as soon as possible with a delivery cost.

If you are happy with the delivery charge and wish to complete the transaction, log back onto our website using the order reference supplied in your email. The confirmed delivery charge will be shown within the checkout, allowing you to complete the transaction by entering your payment details within the HSBC Secure ePayments site.

Please Note: We are unable to ship any orders containing a roof box, pipe carrier, Rhino van roof rack, Rhino van roof bars or van bulkhead anywhere other than the United Kingdom, Offshore Islands & Ireland due to their large volumetric dimensions.

Once the payment stage within HSBC Secure ePayments is complete, you have the opportunity to print out the displayed payment & order reference details for your records. Click “Continue” and return to our site to confirm if your order has been successful.

If successful we will action your order as soon as possible and arrange dispatch of your goods, we will contact you if there is likely to be a delay in dispatching all or part of your order.
