Thule EasyBase 949 is the chassis for a new towbar mounted carrier system for all kinds of loads and features a patented towbar coupling which fits most towball styles, including swan neck & bolt-on, with no pre-adjustment required. 

The upright arm on the EasyBase unit folds down easily for storage. 
EasyBase 949 features rear light units with 7-pin power connector & integrated number plate holder. 

The EasyBase chassis can be locked to the towbar using Thule 957 Lock @ £14.95

Thule EasyBike 948-1 allows one bike to be transported on the Thule 949 EasyBase Chassis (Available Separately), without the use of tools. The bike is transported standing upright on its wheels and secured to the upright at the rear of the EasyBase Chassis by means of a gripping arm. 

This 948-1 single bike carrier can be used in conjunction with the 948-2 EasyBike Two bike carrier, to transport upto 3-bikes on the EasyBase 949 Chassis.

The fully lockable Thule BackUp 900 Box provides an extra 420 Litres of extra boot space and mounts to: 

1. Thule 949 EasyBase Chassis (Thule Adapter Kit 948-9 required) 

2. Thule 902 & Thule 903 Euroclassic Pro Towball Bike Racks.

3. Thule 973 BackPac rear door mounted bike carrier. 

It will also mount to the older Thule 913/914 Euroclassic Bike Rack. 

The 900 BackUp is a practical solution when you need to carry other equipment on the roof, or transport something bulky, wet or dirty. It features a unique wide-angled lid and internal straps to secure your load. 

The tilt function on the 902/903 Euroclassic racks continues to function with the BackUp 900 installed.
