Designed with strength and simplicity in mind this carrier is available in either BALL MOUNT or TYPE APPROVAL and 3 or 4 bike capacity options. A Pendle strap kit is supplied to secure your bikes. Maximum load capacity based on 13.5kg per bike.

PENDLE 4x4 TOWBAR / BALL RACKS

These carriers are designed specifically for 4x4 vehicles with exterior mounted spare wheels and will safely transport up to 4-bikes.

There are two different options available:

DISCOVERY RACK – The arms have a 6” offset from the mounting block.

LANDROVER RACK – The arms have a 10” offset from the mounting block for wider tyres.

The Pendle Wheel Support Rack ensures there is no contact during transit, as each bike has its own support. The rack is available in 2, 3 or 4 bike options and comes supplied with a top quality light board. A Pendle strap kit is supplied to secure your bikes.

A simple but clever design which bolts securely to the wheel fixture on the rear door, allowing rear door access. Available in three different fixture types, depending on your model of car. A Pendle strap kit is supplied to secure your bikes.

PENDLE STRAP-ON BIKE RACK

This adjustable rack carries up to 3-bikes on a wide variety of saloon, hatchback and estate cars. Features vertical height adjustment to help keep bikes clear of registration plate and lights. Six fastening straps secure the rack to your vehicle. A Pendle strap kit is supplied to secure your bikes.

PENDLE LIGHT UNITS

As it is an offence to cover your car lights and registration plate, we recommend using a light unit with all rear mounted bike racks. The Pendle light unit comes ready to use, just plug the 7-pin adapter into your towbar power socket and fit a registration plate. A wiring kit is also available to enable connection to your vehicles electric's if you have no towbar power point.
A budget light board manufactured from plastic is also available.

PENDLE BIKE RACK STRAP KITS

We strongly advise against the use of bungy elastics to secure bikes on your rack as they still allow an element of movement. Pendle have a range of strap kits manufactured from a strong woven fabric and a tough metal buckle to provide a safe, secure hold.

The Standard Pendle Tandem Rack carries one bike in an upright position on your vehicles roof bars. The wheels are secured in a cradle with straps and two upright arms support the bike frame.

The Pendle T-Bar Tandem Rack carries one bike in an upright position on your vehicles roof bars. With the front wheel removed the forks are clamped in the T-Bar, allowing bikes with kiddie cranks to be carried. A single upright supports the bike frame.
