Thule EasyBase 949 is the chassis that forms the base for a clever towbar mounted carrier system capable of transporting a wide variety of loads including bikes, luggage and much more! Thule Easybase 949 can be complemented with Thule EasyBike 948-1 & Thule EasyBike 948-2 carriers to transport up to 3-bikes or you can add a Thule EasyBasket 948-3, Thule EasyBag 948-4 or Thule BackUp Box 900 to easily transport all types of luggage.
Thule EasyBase 949 features a patented towbar coupling which fits most towball styles, including swan neck & bolt-on, with no pre-adjustment required. The upright arm on Thule EasyBase 949 folds down easily for storage.
Thule EasyBase 949 features rear light units with 7-pin power connector & integrated number plate holder.
Please Note: Thule Easybase 949 is not compatible with vehicles with a rear door mounted spare wheel.
