The Thule 9705 Bolt On bike rack is an easy to use, tilting 4-bike carrier which mounts to the plate behind bolt-on style towballs, using existing nuts & bolts. The bolted coupling can be left on the car and the rack easily removed when not in use. Thule 9705 tilts easily to allow boot or tailgate access, with bikes installed. With the bike rack installed the towbar is still accessible for a caravan or trailer, allowing 2 bikes to be transported whilst towing, subject to sufficient clearance between vehicles. This rack is not suitable for use on vehicles with rear door mounted spare wheels. Rubber frame holders, capable of transporting frame diameters from 20mm to 70mm, secure and protect the bikes.
